Information You Provide

Roof inspection appointments are scheduled through Calendly using Helio Contracting’s booking page. Calendly receives the details you enter and shares the appointment information with Helio Contracting so we can arrange your inspection.

We use this information to respond to you, schedule and carry out an inspection, and keep business records. We do not sell it.

Calls, Texts, and Email

If you book an inspection, Helio Contracting may call, text, or email you about it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Plausible for website traffic statistics and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings. You can disable both through Privacy Choices in the footer. Analytics load only when our hosting provider, Cloudflare, identifies the visit as coming from the United States. They stay off when location is unknown, outside the United States, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

Plausible receives page and referral information and browser, device and approximate location information to produce traffic statistics without analytics cookies. Microsoft Clarity receives website interactions and device and connection information to produce heatmaps and session recordings, and may use first-party and third-party cookies. Microsoft processes this information under its own privacy statement. We do not send appointment form details or custom customer identifiers to either analytics service.

Opting out blocks both analytics services on future page loads. If they have already loaded, we reload the page to stop them and clear the Clarity cookies we can control. This does not erase information already sent or cookies on another provider’s domain. We save your refusal in local storage and a first-party preference cookie lasting up to one year; local storage remains until you reset the choice or clear browser data. Choices are browser-specific. Resetting an opt-out does not override Global Privacy Control or the country restriction.

Calendly loads only when you select Book My Inspection or open its booking link. It receives connection information and manages its own cookies and processing under calendly.com/privacy. Its Cookie settings control provider preferences. Close Booking unloads the embedded scheduler and stops further requests from that frame; it does not erase information already shared with Calendly or cancel an appointment.

Security, Children, and Changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This site is intended for property owners and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy when our practices or providers change. The date above identifies the current version.
